One-on-One Therapy

If you are a man who feels stressed, frustrated, off your path, or stuck in a cycle you cannot explain, this is the place to get clarity and direction. My therapy style is direct, structured, and action focused. You come here to get stronger in your mind, more disciplined in your daily life, and more confident in your decisions.

We do not sit in circles, guess at causes, or talk in vague ideas. We identify the real problem, lay out a clear plan, and build the habits and mindset needed to regain momentum. You get honest feedback, steady guidance, and evidence-based strategies that work in the real world.

Men who work with me often say this is the first time therapy has made sense. You will leave each session knowing what we covered, why it matters, and what you can do between sessions to keep moving forward.

Between-Session Text Support

Men do their best work when they stay accountable. That is why I offer structured between session support for active clients. Life does not pause between appointments, and sometimes you need a quick check in, a reminder of the plan, or a push to stay disciplined.

This is not texting therapy. It is short, focused communication that keeps you aligned with your goals and prevents you from losing momentum when stress, temptation, or old habits try to pull you off course.

Think of it as staying in the fight instead of starting over each week. Many men say this one feature has made the biggest difference in their progress.

Performance, Health, and Behavior Change

Therapy remains the foundation of my work. However, meaningful change often extends beyond the therapy office. Many men struggle not only with stress, anxiety, or life transitions, but also with consistency, structure, physical health, and the daily habits that support long-term well-being.

As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I offer education and coaching focused on behavior change, functional fitness, healthy lifestyle development, and personal performance. Through my Common Man Performance platform, I help men develop practical systems that support physical health, resilience, accountability, and long-term success.

This work is separate from psychotherapy and is available to men seeking additional support in areas such as exercise adherence, habit formation, goal achievement, physical conditioning, and overall wellness. The emphasis is not on extreme fitness or quick fixes. It is on building sustainable habits, improving functional strength, and creating a lifestyle that supports independence, confidence, and purpose.
